Oak Ridge, N.J. – February 4, 2015 – Lakeland Bank recently hosted a ceremony at its corporate headquarters office to honor employees who reached 10 years of service with the Bank and honored one individual with 55 years of service.

55 Years of Service
Kay Meyer – Mortgage Loan Processor, Loan Operations, Branchville. Meyer started her career as one of fifteen employees at the Branchville National Bank before it became the National Bank of Sussex County (NBSC). She is the only employee from the original Branchville National Bank still employed. Meyer was a Bookkeeper, Teller, Loan Teller and General Ledger Clerk. When NBSC merged with Lakeland Bank, Meyer moved to the Mortgage department. She retired in 2003, but returned to work part time in 2004. Meyer was born and raised in Branchville and, except for a few years at the Oak Ridge office, has worked there her entire life. She is a resident of Frankford.
10 Years of Service
Marianne Carter – Teller Manager, West Milford Office. Carter joined the Bank in 2004 as a Float Teller and transitioned to Float CSR/Teller for the Southern Region. She has been the Teller Manager for the West Milford Office since 2006. Carter volunteers for the Bank’s Teach Children to Save Program, Relay for Life and TREPS, a school program for future entrepreneurs. Carter is a resident of West Milford.
Maureen Kennedy – Large Deposit Review Clerk, Deposit Operations, Milton. Kennedy started with the Bank in 2004 as a Teller in the Hardyston Office. She Transferred to Deposit Operations in 2006 as a Deposit Operations Clerk and is currently the Large Deposit Review Clerk. Kennedy is a resident of Jefferson Township.
Regina Major – Consumer Clerk, Consumer Lending, Milton. Major joined the Bank in 2004 as a Loan Processor in Loan Operations and is currently a Consumer Clerk in Consumer Lending. She received an associate degree in retail management from Orange County Community College. Major is a member of American College of Sports Medicine and the Aquatic Exercise Association and does community work through Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Major resides in Highland Lakes.
Helen Malady – Quality Control Clerk, Loan Operations, Milton. Malady joined the Bank in 2004 as a File Room Clerk and is currently a Quality Control Clerk. Prior to joining the Bank, she managed a dentist office and was responsible for accounts receivable/payable in Human Resources and performed payroll work for 25 years at Amco Folding Cartons. Malady resides in West Milford.
Mary Miller – Assistant Branch Manager, Park Place Office. Miller began her career with the Bank in 2004 as a Teller in the Branchville Office. She has worked in various branch positions and was recently promoted to her current position. Miller attends Centenary College and is working toward a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a member of Sussex County Young Professionals and an alternate Board Member for the Greater Newton Chamber of Commerce where she received the 2014 Don Meng Volunteer of the Year award. Miller is a resident of Dingmans Ferry, P.A.
Jennifer Morciglio – Vice President, Branch Manager, Sussex/Wantage Office. Morciglio began her career with the Bank in 2004 as the Assistant Treasurer, Branch Manager of the Sussex/Wantage Office. She was promoted in 2007 to Assistant Vice President and in 2011 to Vice President. Morciglio previously held various positions with Valley National Bank and NorCrown Bank. She is a member of the Sussex Wantage Chamber of Commerce and does community service with Wallkill Valley Little League. Morciglio resides in Hamburg.
Julie Mulligan – Call Center Financial Service Provider, Call Center, Oak Ridge. Mulligan joined the Bank in 2004 as a Teller in West Milford and held various positions before transferring to her current position in 2008. She was an Assistant Coach for Jefferson Township Girls Softball, helped with the Jefferson High School Freshmen Girls Volleyball and was Treasurer of Lake Edenwold in Butler from 1991-2000. Mulligan was named Top Financial Service Provider, made the Presidential Leadership Club in 2009, 2010 and 2011, and received the Employee of the Quarter Award in 2014. She is a resident of Oak Ridge.
Nancy Norman – Personal Banking Consultant II, Sparta Town Center Office. Norman began her career with the Bank in 2004 as the Assistant Branch Manager for the Morristown Office. She transferred to the Sparta Office in 2009 and transitioned to her current role as Personal Banking Consultant II in the Sparta Town Center Office when the two Sparta office locations merged. Prior to Lakeland Bank, Norman worked for First Jersey Bank and United Jersey Bank. She received her bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University.
Kathy Picun – Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources, Oak Ridge. Picun joined the Bank in 2004. Prior to that, she was an Employment Manager at Wagner Division of McGraw-Edison and a Teacher Assistant at Stillwater Township School. Picun holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ramapo College and has taken Banking CFT classes. She was awarded the Employee of the Quarter Award in 2012 and 2013. Picun served as Service Unit Treasurer for the Girl Scouts for 10 years and was a Girl Scout Leader for 13 years. She resides in Stillwater.
Linda Riker – Assistant Treasurer, Branch Operations Manager, Morristown. Riker began her career with the Bank when she joined Somerset Hills Bank in 2004 as the Assistant Branch Manager for the Morristown Office. Riker transitioned to her current position as a result of the merger in 2013.
