India Delgado has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Hackensack, N.J. She was most recently a Vice President, Store Manager for TD Bank in Bronx, N.Y. and prior to that was Store Manager at TD’s branch in Haledon, N.J. Delgado is a member of the Paterson Rotary Club, volunteers with New Hope Community Ministries and is a founding member of Business Community United, a business networking group that supports local small businesses and community engagement in Haledon and Prospect, N.J. She has conducted Financial Literacy and First-Time Homebuyer seminars in both English and Spanish over the last five years in Paterson, Prospect Park and Haledon. Delgado resides in Little Ferry, N.J.
Gerald Jacob has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Family Law Lending Specialist based in Wanaque, N.J. Joining Lakeland with more than 25 years of residential mortgage lending experience with a concentration in divorce and matrimonial resolution mortgage lending, Jacob was most recently an Area Manager, Family Law Lending Specialist with Investors Bank in Millburn, N.J. Prior to that, he was an Area Manager for Ocean First Bank in Toms River. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and technology from Montclair State University. Jacob is a resident of Sussex County.
