Margaret Volk has been hired as Senior Vice President, Director of Mortgage and Consumer Lending based in Oak Ridge, N.J. Volk will be responsible for managing residential mortgages and consumer lending including new business development, sales management, operations and secondary marketing. With more than 34 years of industry experience, she was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief Residential/Consumer Loan Officer and, prior to that, Vice President, Manager of Residential Mortgage Lending at Peapack-Gladstone Bank in Bedminster, N.J. Volk has held leadership positions including Regional Underwriting Manager, Private Banking Mortgage Loan Officer and Regional Sales Manager at various financial institutions. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Albany State University. Volk is the treasurer of the Morris County Housing Alliance and actively works with non-profits to increase home ownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers. She resides in Randolph, N.J.
