Pamela Frie has been hired as Vice President, Senior SBA Portfolio Manager based in Oak Ridge, N.J. With 29 years of banking experience and a specialty in Small Business Administration lending, Frie was most recently Vice President, Credit Manager at ReadyCap Lending, LLC in New Providence, N.J. Previously, she was Director, SBA Review and Director, Operations and Process Administration at CEIS Review, LLC in New York and also held a number of positions at CIT Small Business Lending in Livingston, N.J. Frie earned an associate degree in computer information systems, business programming from County College of Morris. She is a member of the Staff Parish Relations Committee for Denville Community Church. Frie is a resident of Denville.
John Pagano has been hired as Vice President, Relationship Manager for the Waldwick Lending Team. With 24 years of banking experience, Pagano was most recently Vice President at Amboy Bank in Old Bridge, N.J. Previously he was Vice President at Oritani Bank in Cherry Hill, N.J. and prior to that, was Vice President at Columbia Bank in Voorhees, N.J. Pagano earned an Associate of Science degree in criminal justice at Mercer County Community College and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in finance at Rider University. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking as well as a member of the Florence Township Planning Board and Florence Township Economic Development Committee. Pagano is a resident of Florence.
Nancy Slingland has been hired as Vice President, Portfolio Manager based in Oak Ridge, N.J. With 24 years of banking experience specifically in asset-based lending, Slingland was most recently a Portfolio Manager at Kearny Bank in Fairfield, N.J. Previously, she was a Relationship Manager at Sterling Bank in Paramus, N.J. and JPMorgan Chase Bank in Bloomfield, N.J. Prior to that, Slingland was an Asset-Based Lending Portfolio Manager for 10 years. Slingland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, finance and accounting from William Paterson College. She is a former member of the Garden State Credit Associates and Bergen County Professional Women Association. Slingland is a resident of West Milford.
Alicia Rowbotham has been hired as Assistant Treasurer, Branch Operations Manager for the Hackensack-Polifly office. With 13 years of banking experience, she was most recently an Assistant Branch Manager with JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York. Rowbotham attended Baruch College and is a resident of New Milford.
