Joseph Cranwell has been hired as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager for the Middlesex/Monmouth Commercial Lending Team based in Iselin. He was most recently a Relationship Manager with Santander Bank, NA and Citibank, NA. Cranwell resides in Princeton, NJ.
Neal Gordon has been hired as Vice President, Financial Advisor based in Hackensack. He was most recently a Financial Planner with Metlife/Mass Mutual and, prior to that, a Vice President, Financial Advisor with JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. Gordon holds professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Long Term Care and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. He is registered and licensed with Series 7 and 66 securities as well as Life, Health, Property and Casualty insurances. Gordon presents financial literacy awareness programs to non-profit groups, as well as Continuing Professional Education credit presentations for CPAs. He is a resident of Morris County.
Perry Lighty has been hired as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Carlstadt. He was most recently a Vice President, Branch Manager at Chase Bank. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Branch Manager at Hudson United Bank and City National Bank. Lighty attended William Paterson University. He is a Board Member of the Paterson Great Falls Rotary Club as well as a member of the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is on the District XI Ethics Committee of New Jersey and is an active volunteer with the Great Falls Food Pantry. Lighty is a resident of Clifton.
Cynthia Murphy has been hired as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager for the Middlesex/Monmouth Commercial Lending Team based in Iselin. She was most recently a Relationship Manager with Investors, Wachovia and Santander banks. Murphy is the president of the Board of Trustees for All Access Mental Health in Princeton, N.J., a Councilwoman in Bristol Township, P.A.; and serves on the Board of the Lower Bucks County, P.A., Joint Municipal Authority and the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America for the Washington Crossing Council. She resides in Levittown, P.A.
Stephen Roldan has been hired as Vice President, Branch Manager, Toms River. He was most recently a Vice President, Business Relationship Manager and Branch Manager at Santander. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Branch Manager with Bank of America. Roldan attended Cabrini University. He does community service with NJ Sharing Network and is a coach for Howell Township recreation. Roldan is a resident of Howell Township.
David Rothberg has been hired as Vice President, Financial Advisor based in Toms River. He has twenty years of financial advising experience both in New Jersey and New York for several banks, including M&T Securities, PNC, Wells Fargo, and HSBC. Rothberg earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a juris doctorate. He resides in Essex County.
Sheryl Simon has been hired as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager for the Commercial Lending Team based in Teaneck. Her most recent position was Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at TD Bank and prior to that, she was with Wachovia Bank. Simon earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and political science from Warrington School of Business with a minor in economics. She is a member of the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce. Simon is a resident of Englewood.

She was most recently a Financial Planner with Metlife/Mass Mutual and, prior to that a Vice President, Financial Advisor with JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. Stura is registered and licensed with Series 7 and 66 securities as well as Life, Health, Property and Casualty insurances. She is a volunteer for the Mahwah Marine Moms and Semper-Fi Funds, and Wyckoff Tri Club. She is a resident of Oakland.
Matthew Treglia has been hired as Vice President, Financial Advisor based in Hackensack. He was most recently a Financial Advisor for M&T Securities and prior to that an Assistant Manager. Treglia earned a bachelor’s of science in business marketing from the State University of New York College at Brockport. He is a resident of Orange County, N.Y.
