Susan Scimone-Bellini to First Senior Vice President – Senior Regional Administrator. Scimone-Bellini joined Lakeland in 2009 as Vice President, Branch Manager of the West Caldwell office. In 2015, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Administrator of the Eastern Region and to Senior Regional Administrator in 2020. Scimone-Bellini currently serves on the boards for Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC), Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate, serves on the Executive Board and is the treasurer of the FBI Newark Citizens Academy Alumni Association. She resides in Palisades Park, N.J.
Kathy Coffey-Biancamano to Senior Vice President – Market Manager. Coffey-Biancamano joined the Bank in 2018 as Vice President, Area Manager of the Boonton and Montville offices. She attended St. Peter’s College with a major in accounting. Coffey-Biancamano volunteers for the Morris County Habitat for Humanity and Oasis for Women. She is a resident of Township of Washington, N.J.
Jerry Slavik to Senior Vice President – Market Manager. Slavik joined the Bank in 2015 as Vice President, Area Manager of the Wyckoff and Park Ridge offices. In 2016, he transitioned to manage the Waldwick, Westwood, Hillsdale and Park Ridge offices. Slavik earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from William Paterson University and was a graduate of the 2019 inaugural Lakeland Bank LEAD class. He resides in Pompton Plains, N.J.
J.D. Allen to Vice President – Treasurer. Allen joined Lakeland in 2014 as Vice President, Financial Reporting in the Finance department. Previously, he held managerial roles at Deloitte & Touche, Citi and the Federal Reserve Bank of N.Y. Allen holds a master’s degree in accounting and professional consultancy from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and currently resides in Sparta, N.J.
Carrie Ballone to Vice President – Corporate Trainer. Ballone joined the Bank in 2019 as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and a Master of Science in management from The College of Saint Elizabeth. Ballone is Vice President of Communications for the Northern New Jersey Association of Talent Development and is a member of Lakeland’s Diversity Task Force. She resides in Hopatcong, N.J.
Connie Feeney to Vice President – SBL Underwriting Manager/SBL Deputy Manager. Feeney joined Lakeland in 2001 through the acquisition of National Bank of Sussex County. She has held various positions within the Retail and Lending departments of the Bank including Commercial Lender and Relationship Manager. Feeney joined the Small Business Lending Team in 2011 as Vice President, Small Business Lender. She is an Officer of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 213 and the Clove Cemetery Association of Wantage Township. Feeney resides in Roxbury, N.J.
Eduardo Lopez to Vice President – Branch Manager. Lopez joined Lakeland through the acquisition of Highlands State Bank in 2019 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Totowa office. He attended Universidad Mariano Galvez in Guatemala. Lopez resides in Woodland Park, N.J.
Maya Silvis to Vice President – Portfolio Manager – Healthcare Lending. Silvis joined the Bank in 2019 as Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager on the Healthcare Lending Team in Bernardsville. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and international business from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University. Silvis resides in Bernardsville, N.J.
Michele Geniuk to Assistant Vice President – Physical Security Specialist. Geniuk joined Lakeland in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative for the Pompton Plains and Franklin offices and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2005. She transitioned to the Training Department in 2007 and to the Physical Security department in 2018 as Assistant Treasurer – Physical Security Specialist. She earned an Active Shooter Training certification from ALICE Training Institute and resides in West Milford, N.J.
Denise White to Assistant Vice President – Senior Commercial Loan Specialist. White joined the Bank in 1998 as a File Clerk in the Mortgage department and shortly thereafter transitioned to an Insurance Clerk. Upon the merger with National Bank of Sussex County in 2001, she joined the Loan Operations department as an Installment Loan Processor. In 2003, White joined the Commercial Loan Department as a Loan Servicer handling multiple lending teams. During her time in commercial lending, she was promoted to Team Leader and Assistant Treasurer. White resides in Oak Ridge, N.J.
Mary Franchini to Assistant Treasurer – Government Banking Specialist. Franchini joined Lakeland in 2005 as a Branch Office Assistant in the Montville Office. She transferred to the Government Banking department as an Office Assistant in 2010. Franchini serves on the Bank’s Scholarship Golf Outing Committee and manages the scholarship process. She holds an associate’s degree in business from County College of Morris. Franchini is a member of the Good Samaritans group at her local church and resides in Lake Hiawatha, N.J.
Laura McGowan to Assistant Treasurer – Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor. McGowan joined the Bank in 2019 as a Consumer Loan Processor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from William Paterson University. McGowan is a volunteer with Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey and currently serves as the treasurer of the Wyckoff Service Unit. She resides in Wyckoff, N.J.
Daniel Touw to Assistant Treasurer – eCommerce Technical Lead. Touw joined the Bank in 2008 as a Teller in the Butler office. He was promoted to Personal Banking Consultant and transitioned to the E-Banking department as an Online Banking Service and Support Specialist in 2014. Touw has earned certifications in accounting and human relations from the Center for Financial Training. He resides in Butler, N.J.
