Pamela Frie to Senior Vice President – Team Leader – SBA. Frie joined Lakeland in 2018 as Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, SBA. She earned an associate’s degree in computer information systems, business programming from County College of Morris. Frie is chair of the Staff Parish Relations Committee for Denville Community Church and resides in Denville, N.J.
Cecilia Bastady to Vice President – Vendor Risk Officer. Bastady joined the Bank in 2005 as a Loan Operations Call Center Clerk. In 2007, she transferred to the Commercial Loans department as a Commercial Loan Assistant, and to the Legal department in 2010 as a Paralegal. Bastady was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Paralegal in 2011 and to Assistant Vice President, Paralegal in 2015. She transferred to the Risk Management department as Assistant Vice President, Risk Management Associate in 2016. Bastady earned an associate’s degree from Berkeley College and holds professional certifications as Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager Level II and a Paralegal. She resides in Sparta, N.J.
Veronica Cassidy to Vice President – Loan Closing Manager. Cassidy joined the Bank in 2018 as an Assistant Treasurer, Mortgage Closer and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Closing Manager in 2019. She resides in Oak Ridge, N.J.
Colin Sytsma to Vice President – Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager. Sytsma joined Lakeland in 2004 as an associate in the Loan Operations department. In 2005, he transferred to the Finance department as an Accounting Assistant. Sytsma is a graduate of the 2020 Lakeland Bank LEAD class and holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics and actuarial science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He resides in Sussex, N.J.
Katherine Pallatroni to Vice President – Commercial Loans System Administrator. Pallatroni joined the Bank in 2001 as a Credit Administration Clerk. In 2006, she transferred to the Lending Administration department as a Baker Hill Senior System Administrator. Pallatroni was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in 2012 and to Assistant Vice President in 2014. She resides in Wantage, N.J.
Ed Carus to Assistant Vice President – Property and Fleet Manager. Carus joined Lakeland in 2019 as Property and Fleet Manager. He attended Nassau Community College and the General Society of Mechanics & Tradesmen of the City of New York for Construction Project Management. Carus is a member of the International Facility Management Association and he resides in Wanaque, N.J.
Christina Agugliaro to Assistant Vice President – Branch Operations Coordinator. Agugliaro joined Lakeland through the acquisition of Pascack Community Bank where she was hired as a Personal Banking Consultant in 2011. She was promoted to Branch Operations Manager in 2016 and transitioned to Branch Operations Coordinator in 2019. Agugliaro is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in business administration from Bergen Community College. She is a member of the Waldwick Volunteer Fire Department, formerly holding the positions of Lieutenant and Captain. Agugliaro resides in Waldwick, N.J.
Nirvat “Nini” Shaker to Assistant Vice President - Internal Auditor Specialist. Shaker joined the Bank in 2017 as Assistant Treasurer, Internal Audit Specialist. She earned an associate’s degree in business management from Bergen Community College and a bachelor’s degree in finance from William Paterson University. Shaker resides in Wayne, N.J.
Kevin Conklyn to Assistant Treasurer – Portfolio Manager. Conklyn joined Lakeland in 2016 as a credit intern and transitioned to Junior Credit Analyst. He was promoted to Credit Analyst in 2018 and to Senior Credit Analyst in 2019. Conklyn earned a bachelor’s degree in finance & applied analytics from Bryant University and resides in Rockaway, N.J.
Kristine McCormick to Assistant Treasurer – Digital Marketing Specialist. McCormick joined the Bank in 2017 as a marketing intern and transitioned to Marketing Assistant. She was promoted to Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant in 2019. McCormick earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in digital marketing at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She resides in Rockaway, N.J.
Rhaea Western to Assistant Treasurer – Compliance Data Specialist. Western joined Lakeland in 2016 as a File Room Clerk. She transferred to the Compliance department as Compliance Analyst I in 2017. Western holds an associate’s in arts degree in communication from County College of Morris and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in management at William Paterson University. She is a graduate of the 2020 Lakeland Bank LEAD class and recently received the NJBankers Rising Star Award. Western currently resides in Butler, N.J.
Telizabeth Lopez to Assistant Treasurer – Treasury Sales and Service Specialist. Lopez joined the Bank in 2007 as a teller in our Caldwell Office. She transferred to the Commercial Lending department as an Administrative Assistant in 2016. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from Caldwell University. She resides in Lincoln Park, N.J.
Danielle DiVietro to Assistant Treasurer – Branch Operations Coordinator. DiVietro joined Lakeland through the Highlands State Bank (HSB) merger in 2019 where she was hired as a teller in 2010. She transferred to the Loans department as a Consumer Loan Processor in 2015 and transitioned back to retail as Teller Manager in 2016 and Training Supervisor in 2018. DiVietro earned an associate’s degree in anthropology from Sussex County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She resides in Hamburg, N.J.
