Alethea Batts promoted to Senior Vice President – Learning and Development. Batts joined Lakeland in 2017 as Vice President, Learning and Development. Prior to that, she was an Area Director at Citibank in Fort Lee, N.J. Batts earned a bachelor’s degree in History/Afro-American Studies from Princeton University. She recently obtained a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional certificate and holds a Project Management Professional certification. Batts resides in Scotch Plains, N.J.
Daniel Gonzalez promoted to Senior Vice President – Team Leader, CML. Gonzalez joined Lakeland through the Harmony Bank acquisition in 2016. Prior to joining Harmony Bank in 2010, he was with BB&T and Monarch Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer in Southeastern Virginia. Gonzalez earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Gonzalez resides in Manasquan, N.J.
Daniel Leary promoted to Senior Vice President – Business Banking Manager. Leary joined Lakeland in 2008 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Wayne office. In 2012, he was promoted to Vice President, Area Manager and to Vice President, Business Banking Officer in 2016. Leary is a board member for Pass It Along. He resides in Sparta, N.J.
Dije Alliu promoted to Vice President – e-Commerce Officer. Alliu joined Lakeland Bank in 2001 as a Teller in the Branchville office and advanced to Teller Manager. In 2014, Alliu transferred to Online Banking Support where she advanced to Assistant Treasurer, Online Banking Sales and Support. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Online Sales and Support in 2017. Alliu earned an associate degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Project Management.
Chelsea Natiello promoted to Vice President – BSA/Fraud Application Support and Project Manager. Natiello joined Lakeland in 2009 as a Call Center Financial Service Provider. She transferred to the BSA-Fraud Department in 2011 and was promoted to Junior BSA Analyst in 2012. Natiello was promoted to Senior BSA-Fraud Analyst in 2014, to Assistant Treasurer, Senior BSA-Fraud Analyst in 2016, and to Assistant Vice President, BSA/Fraud Project Manager in 2018. Natiello earned an associate degree in Business Administration and obtained her Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology – Business. Natiello resides in Morris County, N.J.
Veronica Cassidy promoted to Assistant Vice President – Loan Closing Manager. Cassidy joined Lakeland Bank in 2018 as an Assistant Treasurer, Mortgage Closer. With more than 20 years of mortgage management experience, she was most recently Closing/Post Closing Manager at Absolute Home Mortgage Loans in Fairfield. Cassidy resides in Oak Ridge, N.J.
Andrea Chletsos promoted to Assistant Vice President – Senior Paralegal. Chletsos joined Lakeland Bank in 2016 as an Assistant Treasurer, Paralegal II. With seven years of legal experience, she previously worked at several private law firms. Chletsos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Drew University.
Kimberly Coleman promoted to Assistant Vice President – Fraud Manager. Coleman joined Lakeland Bank in 2006 as a BSA Analyst. She was promoted to Senior BSA-Fraud Analyst in 2014 and to Assistant Treasurer, Senior BSA/Fraud Analyst in 2016. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from East Carolina University. She recently obtained her Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification. Coleman resides in Sussex County, N.J.
Melissa Tadiello promoted to Assistant Vice President – BSA Manager. Tadiello joined Lakeland in 2013 as a BSA Analyst. She was promoted to Senior BSA, Fraud Analyst in 2016 and to Assistant Treasurer, Senior BSA/Fraud Analyst in 2017. Prior to that, Tadiello worked in the BSA department at Kearny Federal Savings Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mount Ida College. Tadiello resides in Sussex County, N.J.
Marissa Wiggins promoted to Assistant Vice President – Internal Audit Specialist. Wiggins joined Lakeland Bank in 2015 as an Assistant Treasurer, Audit Officer. She previously worked for Acorn Financial Services/John Hancock in Livingston, N.J. and State Street Financial in Quincy, MA. Wiggins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in International Business from Johnson & Wales University. She resides in Sparta, N.J.
Arup Ghosh promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist. Ghosh joined Lakeland in 2014 as a Commercial Loan Processor servicing the Asset Based Lending portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Mortgage Banking Loan Processor at JP Morgan Chase Bank in Iselin. He earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from William Paterson University. Ghosh resides in Elmwood Park, N.J.
Ana Gilmore-Oswald promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Senior Application Support Specialist. Gilmore-Oswald joined Lakeland in 2015 as a Network Administrator II. With more than 15 years of information technology experience, she was previously a Systems Administrator at Sussex Bank in Newton, N.J. Gilmore-Oswald has earned degrees and several information technology certifications.
Mac McCormick promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Branch Operations Manager. McCormick joined Lakeland in 2018 as the Assistant Branch Manager for the Sussex/Wantage office. He has more than 17 years of banking experience at various banking institutions throughout New Jersey. McCormick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Theatre from York College of Pennsylvania. He resides in West Milford, N.J.
Michael Moran promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Systems Engineer. Moran joined Lakeland in 2018 as a Network Administrator II. With more than 19 years of information technology experience, he was most recently a Microsoft Systems Engineer for Shiseido America in Rutherford, N.J. Moran has earned several certifications in information technology. He resides in Vernon, N.J.
Paul Puzio promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Systems Engineer. Puzio joined Lakeland in 2017 as a Network Engineer II. With more than 16 years of information technology experience, he was previously Director of Windows Engineering at Oppenheimer & Company in New York. Puzio earned an associate degree from Chubb Computer Institute, an associate degree in Business Management from Penn State University, and holds several information technology certifications. Puzio resides in Wayne, N.J.
Andrew Wolters promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Senior Credit Analyst. Wolters joined Lakeland in 2014 as a Junior Credit Analyst and graduated from the Bank’s Credit Training Program in 2016. He transferred to the Waldwick Lending Team and was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in 2017 transferring to the Bernardsville Lending Team. Wolters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from William Paterson University. Wolters resides in Bedminster, N.J.
Jennifer Wright promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Help Desk Supervisor. Wright joined Lakeland Bank in 2001 as a Teller at the West Milford office and transferred to the Milton office where she was promoted to Teller Manager. Wright transferred to a Help Desk Analyst in 2006 and was promoted to Help Desk Supervisor in 2011.
Elizabeth Young promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Branch Operations Manager. Young joined Lakeland through the Somerset Hills Bank merger where she began her career in 2010 as a Teller and was later transferred to the Operations Department. Following the acquisition in 2013, Young returned to retail as Teller Manager of the Mendham office and transferred to the Bernardsville office as a Personal Banking Consultant in 2014. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2017. Young earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from Drew University.
