Rita Myers promoted to First Senior Vice President – Comptroller. Myers joined Lakeland Bank with the merger of National Bank of Sussex County (NBSC) in 1999. She began her banking career at NBSC in 1980 and advanced her position to Comptroller in 1989. In 2007, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Comptroller. Myers resides in Lafayette.
Laurie Veith promoted to First Senior Vice President – Director of Operations. Veith joined Lakeland Bank in 1987 and advanced her career with positions in Finance, Purchasing and Facilities, and Deposit Operations. In 2011, she was named Senior Vice President, Deposit Operations and Physical Security, and in 2012, her position changed to Senior Vice President, Deposit Operations. Veith resides in Bloomingdale.
Tina George promoted to Senior Vice President – Facilities and Purchasing. George joined Lakeland Bank through the Newton Trust acquisition in 2004. She started with Newton Trust in 1992 advancing her position in the Facilities and Purchasing department to Assistant Vice President in 2005 and was promoted to Vice President in 2007. George resides in Newton.
Konstantine Zoganas promoted to Senior Vice President – IT Director. Zoganas joined Lakeland Bank in 2015 as Vice President, IT Director. Prior to that, he was a Program Manager at Engineering Solutions and Products in Eatontown, N.J. Zoganas earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Joseph’s College and is pursuing a master’s degree at Seton Hall University. He is a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and resides in Scotch Plains.
Jane Kasten promoted to Vice President – Branch Manager. Kasten joined Lakeland Bank in 2015 as an Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Little Falls Branch. Prior to that, she was with Spencer Savings Bank in Wayne and with Valley National Bank as a Vice President, Branch Manager and Business Development Officer in Totowa and Lincoln Park. Kasten is a member of the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Tri-County Regional Chamber of Commerce and resides in Totowa.
Carianne Reeber promoted to Vice President-Branch Manager. Reeber joined Lakeland Bank with the merger of National Bank of Sussex County (NBSC) where she began her banking career in 1997. She was promoted in 2010 to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Hewitt Branch and transferred to the Bloomingdale Branch in 2012. Reeber is a resident of Pompton Plains.
Drew TerWaarbeek promoted to Vice President – Regional Administrator. TerWaarbeek joined Lakeland Bank in 2000 and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Montville Branch in 2002. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager in 2010, to Vice President in 2013 and to Vice President, Area Manager of the Montville and Boonton Branches in 2014. In this new role, he will oversee all of the southern region branches. TerWaarbeek resides in Rockaway.
Debra Burke promoted to Assistant Vice President – Collections Supervisor. Burke joined Lakeland Bank in 2002 as a Collector in Credit Administration. She was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Consumer Collection Officer in May 2009 and in 2016 advanced to Assistant Treasurer, Collections Supervisor. Burke is a resident of Morris County.
Tracy Conklin promoted to Assistant Vice President – Marketing Communications Specialist. Conklin joined Lakeland Bank in 2010 as a Marketing Coordinator. She was promoted to Marketing Communication Specialist in 2011 and to Assistant Treasurer, Marketing Communications Specialist in 2014. Conklin resides in Wantage.
Robert Keyes promoted to Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Manager. Keyes joined Lakeland Bank in 2013 as a Senior Credit Analyst with the Bernardsville Lending Team. Prior to that, he was a Credit Analyst II with TD Bank. Keyes was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Portfolio Manager in 2014. Keyes resides in Morristown.
Amy Lane promoted to Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Manager. Lane joined Lakeland Bank in 2004 as a Teller for the Caldwell Branch and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2008. She transferred to the Montville Commercial Lending team as an Administrative Assistant in 2013, was promoted to Junior Credit Analyst in 2015 and to Assistant Treasurer, Portfolio Manager in 2016. Lane resides in Hillsborough.
Chelsea Natiello promoted to Assistant Vice President – BSA/Fraud Project Manager. Natiello joined Lakeland Bank in 2009 as a Call Center Financial Service Provider. She transferred to the BSA-Fraud Department in 2011 and was promoted to Junior BSA Analyst in 2012. Natiello was promoted to Senior BSA-Fraud Analyst in 2014 and to Assistant Treasurer, Senior BSA-Fraud Analyst in 2016. Natiello resides in Union County.
Ronald Novak promoted to Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Manager. Novak joined Lakeland Bank in 2013 as a Junior Credit Analyst in Credit Administration. He was promoted in 2014 to Credit Analyst with the Wyckoff Lending Team and to Senior Credit Analyst in 2016. Novak was promoted in 2016 to Assistant Treasurer, Portfolio Manager for the Waldwick Lending Team. He resides in Paterson.
Theresa Pereira promoted to Assistant Vice President – Loan Post Closing Supervisor. Pereira joined Lakeland Bank in 2017 as an Assistant Treasurer, Loan Post Closing Supervisor. Prior to that, she was with ReadyCap Lending in New Providence. Pereira resides in Kearny.
Kyle Schwesig promoted to Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Manager/Analyst. Schwesig joined Lakeland Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst through the acquisition of Harmony Bank in 2013. Prior to that, he worked as both an Analyst and Portfolio Manager for several other banks. Schwesig resides in Cherry Hill.
Christine Jackubowski promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Team Leader. Jackubowski joined Lakeland Bank in 1998 as a Teller for the Milton Branch and was promoted to Customer Service Representative in 1999. She joined Deposit Operations in 2001 and was promoted to Assistant Administrator in 2016. Jackubowski resides in Morris County.
Diane Popolo promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Branch Operations Manager. Popolo joined Lakeland Bank in 2015 as a Personal Banking Consultant at the Wanaque Branch. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Ringwood office in 2016. Popolo resides in Ringwood.
Lena Ray promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Branch Operations Manager. Ray joined Lakeland Bank in 2016 as Assistant Branch Manager of the North Haledon Branch. Prior to that, she was with Santander Bank US in Palisades Park. Ray resides in Lincoln Park.
