Make the switch! Here are the tools to help you switch your checking account to Lakeland Bank.

1. Open a New Lakeland Bank Account
   
   • Stop by a convenient branch location
2. Switch Your Direct Deposit
   • Print out and complete the Direct Deposit Enrollment Form
   • Provide the form to your employer’s payroll department
3. Redirect Your Automatic Payments
   • Print out and complete an Automatic Payment Enrollment Form for each automatic payment you have setup, such as monthly car loan or mortgage payments.
4. Close Your Old Bank Account(s)
   • Ensure that all checks and transactions have cleared before you close the account(s).
   • Print out and complete the Account Closing Request Form
