Two-Way Text Alerts
As part of our ongoing fraud monitoring program, Lakeland Bank Debit Mastercard customers are automatically enrolled in two-way text alerts to help identify suspicious debit card account activity in real time.
How Does It Work?
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, we will send you a text message alert.
- Simply confirm or deny the transaction via text. If you deny the transaction, a block will be placed on your card immediately.
- If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes, we will call you directly.
Lost or Stolen Card?
If your card is misplaced or stolen, use Card Control to turn off your card and contact our Customer Service Department during regular business hours. After business hours, call 800-472-3272.

Using Your Card Abroad?
Are you traveling to another country? To prevent interruption with your ATM or Debit Card access, please notify our Customer Service department at 866-224-1379 at least 24 hours prior to using your debit card in another country. This will ensure your transactions are processed while we keep your accounts safe and secure.
As a Lakeland Bank ATM/Debit cardholder, you are never required to pay a surcharge fee at Allpoint ATMs. If a surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint ATM transaction, enter YES as if you were accepting the charge and then proceed with your withdrawal. Your receipt will indicate that you were not charged a fee for the transaction.
