Bruno Viscariello has been hired as Senior Vice President, Director of Mortgage Sales based in Hillsborough, N.J. Viscariello will be responsible for serving mortgage borrowers located in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida. With more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience assisting borrowers in all aspects of the mortgage process, he was most recently Vice President of Mortgage Sales at 1st Constitution Bank. Prior to that, Viscariello was owner of First Hallmark Mortgage Corporation based in Somerset, N.J. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from St. Joseph's University. Viscariello resides in Hillsborough, N.J.

John DePeri has been hired as Mortgage Loan Originator based in Newfoundland, N.J. DePeri will be responsible for serving mortgage borrowers located in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida. A full-service Mortgage Loan Originator with more than 30 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience, he was most recently the North Jersey Home Loan Manager with Santander Bank. DePeri is a former trustee for the Passaic County 200 Club and a coach for travel baseball and hockey teams. He resides in Wayne, N.J.

Robert Kaiser has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Originator and will be responsible for serving mortgage borrowers located in all 50 states. A full-service Mortgage Loan Originator with more than 20 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience, Kaiser is fluent in all forms of conventional and government FHA residential financing options for purchase, refinance or renovation. Most recently, the Mortgage Sales Manager with 1^st Constitution bank. Kaiser volunteers with Achy Brachy Clefties Dog Rescue.

Amy serves mortgage borrowers located in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida.She is a full service Mortgage Representative and is ready to assist you with your purchase or refinance needs. Amy has over 25 years of experience and has worked for borrowers in Bergen and Passaic Counties more than half of her mortgage career. She has assisted borrowers in all aspects of the mortgage process and is intimately familiar with the needs of local borrowers. Amy has helped borrowers achieve their dream of owning a home and has participated in the Bergen County American Dream program.

Bill Cordivari has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Toms River, N.J. Cordivari will be responsible for serving mortgage borrowers located in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida. With 19 years of mortgage industry experience assisting borrowers in all aspects of the mortgage process, he was most recently a Mortgage Loan Originator at 1^st Constitution Bank and prior to that, at First Hallmark Mortgage in Somerset, N.J. William Gude has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Hillsborough, N.J. Thomas Kiernan has returned to Lakeland Bank as a Mortgage Representative and will be responsible for serving mortgage borrowers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Kiernan was most recently a Loan Officer and Team Leader at First Alliance Home Mortgage in Cranford, N.J. Prior to that, he was a Regional Sales Manager at Two River Community Bank in Summit, N.J. Kiernan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing at Seton Hall University. He is a lector at Our Lady of the Lake Church and resides in Verona, N.J.

Jose Lobelo has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Hillsborough, N.J.
